Sneak Peak at our Extreme Makeover Girly Girl Style

As mentioned in a previous post, we are redoing our School Room/Game Room. Well, we've been at it for two weeks now and are still not done! As usual, I came up with a few extra projects and we had to build some things, too, so it's taking a little longer than what I expected.

Here's a little preview of what we've done so far... The grey on the walls is just primer - it will soon be hot pink. We ordered a pink sectional and I can't paint anything pink in the room until it comes in - which is hopefully soon - so I can choose a pink paint color that matches the sectional!

This is a closeup of a stencil I painted on my desk. I love this damask pattern!

We are still trying to keep this a surprise for the girls but it is so hard! Of course, they know we are working on it, but they are so nosey & any time they hear us talking about the room they are right there to get information. We even caught them the other day in the backyard standing on their playground looking in the window trying to get a glimpse! We can't finish soon enough!
